    Like other popular home improvement projects, staging a home can yield a high Return on Investment (ROI). According to the Realestate Home Staging Association, 75% of the sellers who invested 1% of the home’s value in staging saw an ROI between 5% and 15%. Those are strong numbers!  So, buyers are more likely to submit a competitive/higher offer on staged homes.  


    Most buyers start their search on line. If the photos they see online do not immediately impress them, they are most likely not going to want to see the home in person. Potential buyers spend an average of 40 minutes in a staged home. In a non-staged home, that number drops to a mere 5 minutes. This means the staging is holding their interest and drawing them in, which is more likely to result in an offer. 

    On top of that, staged homes sell 88% faster and for 20% more than a non-staged home. Staging will help you meet two primary goals: selling quickly and for a high price.
